Middleborough veteran awarded $5K after sharing service story

MIDDLEBOROUGH, Mass. (WLNE) — A Middleborough veteran received $5,000 as part of the Help on the Homefront campaign.

Organizers said that John Kenney received the award.

The campaign invited veterans to share their stories of service in order to be eligible to receive financial assistance for housing.
