Brookline building partially collapses, a dozen residents displaced

BROOKINLINE, Mass. (WLNE) — In Brookline, Massachusetts, about a dozen people are temporarily displaced after a three-story building partially collapsed.

Police said the top two floors of a building on Vernon Street collapsed, and no injuries were reported.

The building was under construction and vacant at the time of incident.

The cause of the collapse remains under investigation.
