Big temperature drop this weekend

Friday finishes out the workweek with plenty of sunshine and seasonable temperatures topping out in the 40s. A warm front will increases clouds as soon as this evening and showers are possible pre-dawn Saturday. Temperatures will climb well into the 50s with a mix of sun and clouds through the day. There will be a cold front Saturday afternoon that will bring a slight chance of showers, but there will be a big impact in temperatures. The cold air behind the cold front will drop temperatures into the 20s as soon as 9pm and will ultimately bottom out in the lower teens for Sunday morning. Sunday will indeed be sunny but dramatically colder with highs in the upper-20s. Monday morning will be another very cold one with lows in the lower-teens once again. Expect sunshine and highs in the 30s. We finally get back to average temperatures on Tuesday with mostly sunny skies. Our next chance of showers comes on Wednesday, and as temperatures return to the 50s, it will be rain showers, not snow.
