PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A leading voice against domestic violence in the state since the mid 90’s, now going national. Deb DebBare started doing this type of work out of college, when there were no domestic violence laws on the books in Rhode Island. ABC6 News Anchor John DeLuca has the story.
