Fairhaven: Large fallen tree damages car after high winds

FAIRHAVEN, Mass. (WLNE) — Friday’s high winds contributed to a falling tree severely damaged a vehicle in Fairhaven.

The tree fell on Linden Avenue Friday morning at approximately 9:19 a.m., according to Fairhaven police.

The Toyota that took most of the damage was empty at the time of the incident.

Two other empty vehicles on the street sustained minor damage from the fall.
