Route 24 on-ramp in Tiverton temporarily closed from rockslide

TIVERTON, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island Department of Transportation said the Route 24 North on-ramp will be temporarily closed due to a rockslide Monday.

RIDOT said the on-ramp from Main Avenue to Route 24 North will be closed overnight as crews continue to clear the rockslide.

In the meantime, drivers are advised to used alternative route.
