Wet Weather Ahead This Week
Happy Saint Joseph’s Day! Hopefully you’ve enjoyed some zeppole and some sunshine today!
The weather will be changing quickly overnight as our next system approaches. Clouds increase overnight as temperatures fall into the upper 30s and low 40s. We’ll have some patchy fog, and a few showers aren’t out of the question.
Tomorrow, the clouds and spotty showers continue. Highs will be in the upper 40s to mid 50s.
The heavy rain moves in during the veeery early hours of Friday morning (not long after midnight). That rain will continue through the morning commute, tapering off mid to late morning. The tail end of this system could also include a few wet snowflakes mixing into the rain. That said, anything we see aside from plain old rain will be short lived. The biggest impact would be slick roadways late in the morning.
Aside from that, Friday looks somewhat gray and breezy. Highs will be in the upper 40s and low 50s.
Saturday will still be windy, but we’ll see a bit more sun mixing in with the clouds. Highs will be in the mid to upper 50s.
