Super Soggy Start To The Week

It’s been a soaker of a Monday, but we’re almost done with the rain! Over the next few hours, rain tapers off as this system pushes off to the east. Most areas have seen between 0.25-1.00″ as expected, which is good news for the sake of the drought.

Overnight tonight, clouds hang around for a little bit before decreasing. Temperatures will also decrease, with lows in the mid 30s to low 40s. We’ll have some dense patchy fog as well so take it easy behind the wheel tomorrow morning!

Tomorrow will be milder and sunnier! highs will be in the mid 50s and clouds decrease, leaving us partly to mostly sunny in the afternoon. It’ll be breezy, but not as much so as today.

Our next potential storm arrives on Wednesday, and it looks somewhat similar to Monday’s storm in terms of the precipitation spread. While Wednesday’s storm doesn’t look as robust, it could include both rain and a wintry mix depending on timing. Highs will be in the upper 40s.
