Westerly police ask public for help in identifying man

WESTERLY, R.I. (WLNE)- The Westerly Police Department has asked the public for assistance in identifying a man involved in an incident in Downtown Westerly.
According to Westerly Police Chief Shawn Lacey, the incident took place on March 25 at the Westerly Public Library.
Lacey said there was a larceny at the Coy Cafe, which is located inside of the library.
