Nice Weather for Thursday
Another bright early spring day is in store for Sothern New England. High pressure will ensure a sunny start and a dry day today while a change in the wind direction to the south brings in milder air. Look forward to highs in the lower-50s this afternoon. Tonight we bring in an area of low pressure that will mean increasing clouds this afternoon and precipitation late tonight. Because temperatures will be in the 30s tonight, some of the precipitation will be snow in the highest elevations locally before mixing with and then over to rain. No accumulation is expected. Friday will be unsettled with occasional showers with lots of clouds and cooler temperatures in the 40s. Saturday will have more persistent rounds of rain and continues the cooler temperatures trend in the 40s. Sunday will have a little more sunshine with mostly cloudy skies but the chance of showers will be here through the day. Sunday highs top near 50. Monday is looking nice with mostly sunny skies and highs near 60. Tuesday looks even milder near 63 with a mix of sun and clouds and a slight chance of showers. Wednesday should be mainly sunny with highs near 55.
