Car catches fire after rollover in Raynham

RAYNHAM, Mass. (WLNE) — The Raynham Fire Department said that it responded to a rollover crash on Route 24 where a vehicle caught fire on Sunday.

Firefighters responded just north of Route 44 to find an SUV that had rolled into the woods and the engine compartment had caught fire.

The driver of the vehicle was removed before firefighters arrived and was transported to the hospital in “good condition.”

The incident is under investigation.
