Burrillville man facing multiple charges after rollover crash
BURRILLVILLE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Burrillville Police Department said a man is facing charges after a rollover crash on Wallum Lake Road on April 8.
30-year-old Jake Suprenant, of Burrillville, was charged with multiple vehicle violations including reckless driving.
On April 8, Suprenant was traveling north on Wallum Lake Road at a high rate of speed when he lost control of his truck, causing the vehicle to leave the road, strike a telephone pole and storage box, and roll over multiple times, according to Burrillville police.
During the investigation, Rhode Island State Police executed a search warrant to gather information from the vehicle data recorder, and discovered Suprenant was allegedly driving at 104 miles per hour when he lost control of his truck.
On April 14, Suprenant was charged at the Burrillville Police Station.
He is scheduled to be arraigned on May 6.
