Windy, Soggy Tuesday Evening!
We have an uncomfortable evening in store as a line of heavy rain moves through Southern New England! This line is a quick-mover, but it’ll drive heavy rain and gusty winds across the area. While it doesn’t look like a main concern, don’t be shocked if we get a rumble of thunder within the line as well.
Rain decreases as we get to 8 PM or so, and while a few showers linger, we’re dry by midnight. We’ll stay windy though, with gusts mostly in the 20s overnight. Temperatures will end up in the upper 30s and low 40s.
Tomorrow we’re in and out of the clouds. It stays quite windy, with gusts in the 20s and 30s (even the 40s possible), and temperatures only end up in the low 50s.
The end of the week looks wonderful. Thursday will be less windy and quite sunny, with highs in the upper 50s. Friday will be mostly sunny with highs in the low 60s. That said, clouds creep in Friday evening, it’ll get breezier, and we could see a late evening shower.
