Attleboro firefighters respond to fire in third floor apartment

ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WLNE) — The Attleboro Fire Department fought a fire at a four story building on 4th Street Wednesday.

The fire began on the third floor, and firefighters arrived at 2:30 p.m. to find smoke coming from the building.

The fire extended to the second floor and there was minor damage on the outside of the building.

The department said none of the thirteen occupants were in the home at the time of the fire and there were no injuries
