New Bedford Police investigating overnight crash

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — The New Bedford Police Department said it was investigating a crash that took place on Ashley Boulevard near Brooklawn Park on May 16.

The crash occurred around 9 p.m. when a car that was attempting to make a U-turn accidentally cut off a car behind it.

The striking car then hit a parked car.

The department said two people were transported for injuries but they were believed to be non-life-threatening.
