Still mild Sunday, but a significant cool down into midweek
As a cold front cross the region overnight the mugginess that we have felt for the past couple of days will come to an end. Lows tonight will fall into the upper 50s as the sky clears. We’ll start Sunday out with some sunshine, but clouds will return for the afternoon and there will be the threat of a developing shower after 2-3PM, especially across the northern areas and up into MA. Look for highs to reach the low 70s with a bit of a gusty westerly breeze at 12-25MPH.
As we move into the new work week a cooling trend will commence. Dry conditions will endure through Wednesday as highs cool back into the 50s! Then a potential Nor’easter rain storm looks to develop for Thursday and Friday bringing a significant amount of rain and wind. We’ll deal more with that as we get closer to the event.
