Perfect Summer Weather This Week!
What a finish to the weekend! High pressure brought us a sun-filled Sunday and even though it wad a hot one near 90, humidity was in the comfortable range. The workweek is starting with a continuation of high pressure in charge. Monday will be mostly sunny after a period of early morning patchy fog. Dew points start to climb as do the temperatures, hitting highs in the upper-80s. Tuesday will be the active day of the week ahead. A warm front in the morning will bring in showers and the chance of thunderstorms. It will be hot and very humid with highs near 87 and dew points in the 70s. A cold front comes through in the afternoon with the chance of showers and thunderstorms, and any thunderstorms we see have the potential of being severe, with the potential of damaging winds and hail as well as heavy downpours. The front clears Tuesday night and Wednesday will be dry. Look for a mix of sun and clouds and highs near 88. Sunshine will be in full force for Thursday and Friday and both days will be warm with highs of 84. The weekend is looking dry with mostly to partly sunny skies and highs in the 80s.
