Driver strikes entrance of home in Franklin, transported to hospital

FRANKLIN, Mass. (WLNE) — The Franklin Police Department said a person was taken to the hospital after they struck the entrance of a home with their car on Wednesday.

Officers responded to East Central Street for reports of a single car crash with a rollover.

At the scene, police discovered the car had struck a house’s covered stairway and rolled over.

The driver of the vehicle was taken to the hospital.

East Central Street was closed during initial investigation.
