First responders searching for 2 fishermen off Little Compton

LITTLE COMPTON, R.I. (WLNE) — Multiple emergency agencies have responded to the water off Little Compton in a search for two missing fishermen.

The Little Compton Fire Department, Tiverton Fire Department, Department of Environmental Management Environmental Police, and Coast Guard are all involved in the search.

The Little Compton Police Department said that the search was finished at 3 p.m., but did not say if the two had been found.
