Newport police seek motorcyclist in hit-and-run on pedestrian

NEWPORT, R.I. (WLNE) — Newport police need your help identifying a motorcyclist involved in a hit-and-run.

Police said the driver hit a pedestrian on the 4th of July, and left the scene around 10 p.m. from Thames Street and Wellington Avenue.

Anyone with information is asked to call Newport police.
