Six people charged in May New Bedford murder

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn, III said that six people were charged in connection with the May 26 murder of 21-year-old Kimberl Gedeon in New Bedford.

18- year-old Elias Ramos, of Fall River, 33-year-old William Allen Robinson, of Fall River, and 17-year-old Dariell Encarnacion Couvertier, of Fall River, were charged with murder and held without bail.

30-year-old Ahkari Jones, of New Bedford, was charged with accessory after the fact to murder and was held on $100,000 cash bail.

19-year-old Nezziah Davis, of New Bedford, and 19-year-old Keyshla Martinez Matta, of Fall River, were charged with assault and battery by discharge of a firearm and carrying a firearm without a license and was held without bail.

Quinn added that Jones was out on a bail on a New Bedford narcotics case, and the bail on that case was revoked.
