Man arrested in Fall River for allegedly owning an AK-47

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — The Fall River Police Department said that a 21-year-old was arrested for allegedly owning an AK-47 rifle.

Keith Goncalo was the subject of a search warrant that was executed on Rodman Street on July 15.

Police said that during the search they allegedly found an AK-47 rifle, a large-capacity feeding device, and one round of ammunition from the suspect’s bedroom.

Goncalo was taken into custody and held on $35,000 bail.
