2 hospitalized after multi-vehicle crash in Taunton

TAUNTON, Mass. (WLNE) — Two people were hospitalized after a three-vehicle crash in Taunton Tuesday afternoon, according to Taunton police.

Officers and firefighters responded to the area of South Walker Street and Winthrop Street for a “serious crash,” according to police.

Officials said two passenger vehicles and a roll-off truck were involved in the crash, which resulted in entrapment.

Both drivers of the passenger vehicles were taken to area hospitals.

The crash remains under investigation.
