NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) — One of six suspects indicted in a New Bedford murder is set to be arraigned at New Bedford District Court Monday morning.

Earlier this month the Bristol County DA indicted 17-year-old Dariell Encarnacion Couvertier of Fall River on a murder charge after 21-year-old Kimberl Dedeon was shot and killed near Bedford and South Seventh Street in May.

33-year-old William Allen Robinson of Fall River and 18-year-old Elias Ramos are also charged with murder.

Another three suspects are charged as accessories and will be arraigned in August.
