Small plane crashes into pond in Connecticut

GRISWOLD, Conn. (WLNE) — Connecticut State Police said that an “ultra light aircraft” crashed into a pond in Griswold on Sunday morning.

Officers responded to Ashland Pond around around 8:30 a.m.

No injuries were reported and the scene was still active as of 11 a.m.
