17-year-old shot in the leg in Brockton

BROCKTON, Mass. (WLNE) — The Brockton Police Department said a 17-year-old suffered a gunshot wound to the leg on Aug. 6.

Police responded to North Pearl Street around 11:30 p.m. to find the victim, who was from Taunton.

He was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Where and how the injury took place was under investigation.
