State house rotunda displaying Caprio portrait, public condolence book

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Rhode Island continues to mourn the loss of the ‘World’s Nicest Judge,’ Judge Frank Caprio.

Starting Tuesday afternoon, the state house rotunda is displaying Judge Caprio’s portrait, along with a condolence book for the public to sign.

The portrait will be displayed until 4:30 Friday afternoon.

Judge Caprio died August 20 after a battle with cancer, he was 88.
