Fall Feel in the Forecast This Weekend!

After a little taste of summer on Friday, we have a big cooldown ahead as we head into the weekend! With a mostly clear sky, temperatures will plummet into the upper 40s and low 50s overnight. Then, after a cool start, Saturday will be mostly sunny with highs only in the upper 60s– below average by a good bit for this time of year!

Sunday will start mostly sunny, but clouds increase throughout the day. Highs will remain in the upper 60s, with the warmest spots trying for 70. Overall, it’ll be a great weekend to get outside for fall festivities in Southern New England!

Monday, however, fall actually begins with the autumnal equinox at 2:19 PM. We’ll have a mix of sun and clouds to usher in the new season, as well as temperatures in the low to mid 70s.

Tuesday looks like the warmest day of the week with highs in the mid to upper 70s. Clouds increase throughout the day, and we could see some showers in the afternoon/evening, which would linger through Wednesday morning.

Have a great weekend!
