Man arrested in Foxborough after allegedly pointing gun at tow truck driver

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (WLNE) — The Foxborough Police Department said that a man was arrested for allegedly pointing a gun at a tow truck driver on Friday.

Bobby Roby was charged with assault to intimidate and carrying a firearm without a license.

Police responded to Foxboro Boulevard around midnight and spoke to a tow truck driver who said they were threatened by the owner of a truck they were attempting to tow.

Roby was identified as a suspect and was arrested at a café in Mansfield.

Police said that an unsecured firearm was allegedly found in the backseat of his truck.
