Bristol Police arrest 3 in connection to narcotics investigation
BRISTOL, R.I. (WLNE) — The Bristol Police Department said three people were arrested after an investigation into the alleged sales and distribution of narcotics in downtown Bristol
37-year-old Nicole Pacheco, 38-year-old Thomas Brown, and 42-year-old Erin Sullivan were arrested on narcotic related offenses.
Bristol police began investigating after residents reported suspected drug activity in the area of Mosaico Park.
During the investigation, officers discovered the suspected drug activity allegedly originated out of Brown’s residence and Sullivan’s residence.
Police obtained search warrants for the homes and arrested Pacheco and Brown on Oct.3.
Pacheco was charged with delivery of crack cocaine and possession of scheduled narcotics.
Brown was charged with possession of scheduled narcotics, maintaining a drug nuisance, and narcotics related conspiracy.
Sullivan was arrested on Oct. 7 and charged with possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, possession of scheduled narcotics, narcotics related conspiracy, and maintaining a common drug nuisance.
Brown and Pacheco were held without bail.
Sullivan’s bail was set at $15,000 and ordered to surrender her passport and firearm(s).
Police said the investigation is ongoing.
