DARTMOUTH, Mass. (WLNE) — The Bristol County District Attorney’s Office has identified the two victims who died from a plane crash in Dartmouth on Monday.

Officials identified the victims as 68-year-old Thomas Perkins and 66-year-old Agatha Perkins, of Middletown, Rhode Island.

They were the only occupants of the plane at the time of the crash, according to Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn, III.

Massachusetts State Police responded to Route 195 West just before the Reed Road exit around 8:15 a.m. for the crash.

Upon arrival, MSP discovered parts of the plane in the woodline and the fuselage in the median of the highway.

The two victims were found in the fuselage and pronounced dead on scene.

According to Quinn, the plane had taken off from New Bedford Airport.

One vehicle was impacted by the crash, and the female driver was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
