Police investigating after gunshot wound victim goes to hospital in Providence

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Providence Police Department said it was investigating a shooting incident after a gunshot victim was brought to Roger Williams Hospital.

Police said the victim suffered a non-life-threatening wound to his foot.

There was no information given on any suspects or the cause of the shooting.
