Fall River Police arrest 3 after alleged fight

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — The Fall River Police Department said that three people were arrested as part of an alleged altercation.

30-year-old Lesly Saintfar was charged with possessing a firearm without FID card, possessing a large capacity firearm, assault with a dangerous weapon, reckless endangerment of a child, possessing ammunition without FID card, possessing a large capacity feeding device, store improperly large-capacity firearm near minor, and improperly storing a firearm.

28-year-old Lucita Louis was charged with possessing a firearm without FID card, possessing a large capacity firearm, assault and battery, reckless endangerment of a child, possessing ammunition without FID card, possessing a large capacity feeding device, improperly storing a large-capacity firearm near minor, and improperly storing a firearm.

27-year-old Sharian Downs was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.

Police alleged that an altercation took place between Downs and Louis during an argument where Downs used pepper spray.

Saintfar then allegedly pointed a handgun at a witness during the altercation.

A search warrant was issued for the residence shared by Saintfar and Louis that allegedly found two firearms, multiple large-capacity magazines, ammunition, and a young child that could access the unsecured firearms.
