Wareham fire crews respond to car fully engulfed in flames

WAREHAM, Mass. (WLNE) — Wareham fire personnel responded to a car on fire Thursday afternoon on Sandwich Road.

Engine 1 and members of Shift 1 responded to the scene to find the vehicle fully engulfed in flames in the parking lot for Upper Cape Realty at 246 Sandwich Road.

They were able to knock down the fire with minor heat damage to the building, according to a social media post from the Wareham Police Department.

Onset Fire Rescue assisted in the fire and there were no injuries in the incident.
