RITBA: Cloudflare outage blocking E-ZPass customers from account access

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A massive outage at IT services company Cloudflare has led to a long list of web disruptions, including at the Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority.

According to RITBA, the outage is affecting E-ZPass, with customers unable to access their online accounts.

The outage is also impacting AAA service transactions, according to RITBA.

The department said that an advisory will be sent out when a service restoration timeline is established.
