Warwick man pleads guilty to production of child sexual abuse material
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Acting United States Attorney Sara Miron Bloom said a Warwick man pled guilty to multiple counts of production of child sexual abuse material on Dec. 11.
38-year-old Jeremy Giguere, of Warwick, pleaded guilty to four counts of production of child pornography and one count of possession of prepubescent child pornography.
According to Bloom, the Rhode Island Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force were notified that “disturbing CSAM videos” had been uploaded to Giguere’s online storage account on his personal device in September of 2024.
Police executed a search warrant of his home on Oct. 16, 2024 and found almost 500 CSAM videos and photos on his personal devices.
Giguere is scheduled to be sentenced on Feb. 26, 2026.
