Worcester restaurant to accept Monopoly money on Wednesday
WORCESTER, Mass. (WLNE)- Ralph’s Tavern in Worcester will be accepting Monopoly money on Wednesday.
The restaurant will be accepting the play cash from 4-6 p.m.
Customers will be able to spend their Monopoly money on the following:
- Admission: $5 in Monopoly money
- Hot Dogs: $10 in Monopoly money
- Thimble Jello Shots: $20 in Monopoly money
- Chance card raffle pull: $50 in Monopoly money
The tavern’s promotion comes after the announcement of a Worcester themed edition of Monopoly.
Ralph’s Tavern is hoping to earn one the 34 spots on the special edition board by swaying voters with Wednesday’s event.
Customers are encouraged to dress up as Rich Uncle Pennybags, the Monopoly man, or to show off their Monopoly game pieces to be entered into a raffle.
