“Over 100 police, fire, other emergency officials from N.H. and V.T., and New Hampshire State Police, today’s response would not have been possible without help from partners and support from community and law enforcement and firefighter community. This is why we train for the things we train for. This was true test. Our thoughts are with victim and family,” said Lebanon Police Chief Richard Mello.
Frink was driving a 2014 Ford Focus with Rhode Island plates when he was stopped.
Rhode Island State Police told ABC6 News they utilized their Fusion Center to identify Frink using his license plates.
Frink is expected to appear in Grafton County Superior Court in Haverhill on Wednesday.
