Woman killed in Taunton crash identified

TAUNTON, M.A. (WLNE) — Authorities have identified a woman killed in a crash Monday morning.

Renee Shea, 48, of Taunton, was killed when her 2014 Jeep Cherokee collided with a GATRA Bus driven by an unidentified, 56-year-old woman from Rhode Island.

Massachusetts State Police and Taunton Police are investigating at this time, for it is unclear how the two vehicles collided.

The crash occurred around 8:00 a.m., in the area of Myles Standish Boulevard and John Hancock Road, close by to the Myles Standish Industrial Complex.

No charges have been filed at this time.
