Middleborough police investigating fatal motorcycle crash

MIDDLEBOROUGH, Mass. (WLNE)- A Middleborough man was found dead at Old Center Street after a motorcycle crash late Saturday night.

Middleborough Police responded to a call at 10:45 p.m. to 198 Old Center St. for a motorcycle crash.

When officers arrived they found a single operator and his Harley-Davidson motorcycle in the road.

The man, only identified by police as a 25-year-old, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation, but officers believe speed may have been a factor.
