Seekonk Arson Watch Reward Program offers $5,000 reward for information about intentionally set fire on June 8

SEEKONK, Mass. (WLNE)- The fire on June 8 at 60 Pond Street in Seekonk was intentionally set, according to the Seekonk Fire Department and State Fire Marshall Peter Ostroskey.
The department says that the home that the fire happened in was abandoned.
“Anyone with information regarding this fire, or any fire in the state, is asked to contact the Arson Watch Reward Program at 1-800-682-9229,” said State Fire Marshal Ostroskey.
The Arson Watch Reward Program is offering up to a $5,000 reward for information on the fire.
“A fire at an unoccupied building is still very dangerous, and setting a fire there is still a crime,” said the Seekonk Fire Department.
