Level 3 sex offender sought by Dartmouth Police

DARTMOUTH, M.A. (WLNE) — The Dartmouth Police Department is actively seeking the whereabouts of a level three sex offender who failed to appear for his yearly registration. 

Brad Santos, 41, failed to complete his yearly obligation to register as a sex offender in the town of Dartmouth.

Sex offenders at levels two and three are required to register with their local police departments.
