Police arrest Pawtucket man for child porn

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — A Pawtucket man has been arrested for a third time since May on child porn charges, according to police.

39-year-old Robert Barrie is accused of possessing and sharing the images over the internet.

Barrie faced similar charges back on May 7th and then on May 28th was arrested again for second degree child molestation.

He was arraigned today at Sixth Division District Court on the new charges and held on $50,000.00 surety bail with special bail conditions of no Internet use and no unsupervised contact with minors.

Barrie was remanded to the Adult Correctional Institute as a Superior Court bail violator.
