New Bedford man arrested for break-in at Dartmouth home

DARTMOUTH, Mass. (WLNE) – Dartmouth Police arrested a New Bedford man Tuesday for his involvement in a house break-in on Monday, August 7th.
Lino Simoes, 43, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for last Monday’s break-in in Dartmouth.
According to acting Chief of Police Brian Levesque, “This arrest was a direct result of the public’s willingness to step forward and assist the police department in making certain that the security of their neighborhoods remain intact.”
