ATTLEBORO, M.A. (WLNE) — Two men faced a judge on Friday after Attleboro Police and a SWAT team raided a home Thursday night.
According to Attleboro Police, 29-year-old Bobby Oliver and 31-year-old Rene LaPalme were arraigned in District Court on possession of ammunition and receiving stolen property of over $250 value charges.
Attleboro Detectives were originally investigating a series of break-ins within the city that lead them to obtaining a search warrant for a residence on South Main Street Thursday night.
With assistance from the Metro LEC SWAT Team, four hand guns, allegedly stolen, were seized, and both Oliver and LaPalme were arrested without incident.
Oliver, who had a previous warrant out of Fall River for breaking and entering, and assault charges, was released on $10,000 bail. LaPalme was held on $7,500 bail.
No further information is available at this time.
