Massachusetts man to appear in court for East Providence arson

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) – A Massachusetts man expected to appear before a judge Wednesday for his role in an East Providence arson.

Kamari Kerr was indicted on first degree arson.

He’s accused of setting fire to a home on Waterman Street back in June.

Everyone inside was able to make it out safely.

Kerr is scheduled to appear in Providence Superior Court later on today.
