UPDATE: 31-year-old in critical condition after Saturday night shooting in Providence

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) – Providence Police are investigating a shooting that occurred at the intersection of Elm Street and Richmond Street Saturday night.

A 31-year-old was shot around 7:45 p.m. and was transported to Rhode Island Hospital.

The victim is in critical condition.

No word yet on if any arrests have been made.
