Veteran Warren Police officer charged with cyberharassment

WARREN, R.I. (WLNE) – A veteran Warren Police officer was arrested for cyberharassment on Wednesday.

Patrolman Randy Bryant, a 12 and half year veteran on the force, was arrested Wednesday around 4:30 p.m., after he was advised there was a complaint filed against him.

Police say Bryant was placed on Administrative Leave pending the results of an internal affairs investigation.

Bryant was charged with one count of Domestic Cyberharrassment. He was released on $1000 personal recognizance, and ordered to have no contact with the unidentified victim.
