Fall River Police seek suspect wanted for attempted robbery

FALL RIVER, M.A. – Police are seeking assistance identifying a suspect wanted for attempted robbery.

Around 4:00PM on April 21, 2017 officers responded to Bedford Street for a report of an Attempted Robbery, where a man was seen reaching into his waistband and appeared to reach for a weapon while running toward the owner of the business.

The suspect was chased from the business, and was last seen running near Oak Grove Avenue toward Chavenson Street.

The suspect was last seen wearing grey colored sweatshirt and sweatpants.
