Investigation underway after man shot in Warwick

WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE)- Police are investigating after a man was shot in Warwick early Saturday morning.

Warwick Police told ABC6 the shooting happened around 6:30 a.m. in the area of Blackburn Street.

The victim drove himself to the hospital and suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Police said the suspect drove off in a burgundy Nissan Altima.
